The DesignWorkshop interface provides the first real design tool for creating your dream house by drawing directly in a live 3D space. Traditional drafting software only works in two dimensions, like pencil and paper. Most so-called "3D applications" are really just souped-up drafting software, with little or no editing available in the perspective view. The other 3D solid modeling systems available are expensive, slow to learn, and complicated to use.
DesignWorkshop Classic supports big home design projects, with Save capabilities for up to 1000 solid objects (or more than 10,000 polygons), plus a VRML 2.0 export function (for 3D web publishing) usually only found in professional-level 3D design Software.
