SECURITY
All orders are reviewed by our Anti Fraud team that is looking for a variety of fraudulent patterns, any order that are deemed fraudulent will
automatically be canceled without notice and may be prosecuted by authorities.
Any order that is to be shipped must have a valid phone number or it may be cancelled.
We have the right to cancel any order for any reason.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
All returns and cancellations will be subjected to a 15 % restocking fee of total cost minus shipping due to inventory control. (Shipping & Return Shipping is non refundable)
Any item may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase subject to MDofPC approval.
All hardware items must be returned to MDofPC within 90 days of purchase date.
All merchandise that is damaged or defective must be returned within 10 business days in order for replacement or refund.
All items marked as special order items are non refundable and non returnable due to availablity, please contact the manufacturer for repair or replacement.
All refused, undeliverable, or returns without an RMA number will also be subjected to a 15% restocking fee of total cost minus shipping.
In order to return or exchange an item you must email or call to request an RMA Number at 1-877-401-6742
All items returned without original invoice and an RMA number will not be refunded or exchanged
We will only authorize a return if the item has been determined either defective or damaged by MDofPC or the manufacturer.
Refunds on software and support will only be issued if we are provided with documentation that you have purchased the product or service from another authorized reseller.
WARRANTY
All hardware items carry a 90 day warranty, warranty is void if hardware has been tampered with in any way.
Extended warranty may be offered seperately from MDofPC, please contact the manufacturer for additional details
MDofPC will offer technical support on software for up to one year of date of purchase date.
Software & Support Terms
(In order to comply with licensing agreements you must meet with 1 or more of the following terms:)
* Own any current or previous version of the software
* Had a previous version of the software installed
* Had or lost original software CD or download instructions
* Had or lost registration information or need to reinstall or upgrade your software
* Plan on purchasing the full retail version within 30 days
* Qualify for Academic Licensing. (Students, Teachers, and Affiliates)
* Qualify for State/Government Licensing (state and or federal)
* Qualify for International Licensing (any country outside of USA)
All software is open licensed and registered under MDofPC LLC
MDofPC LLC is an Authorized Reseller or Affiliate of most manufacturers products listed on our site.
If you do not meet any of these requirements you may be breaching licensing agreements with respected copyright holders.
Refunds on software and support will only be issued if we are provided with documentation that you have purchased the software title from another authorized reseller.
By purchasing software and support MDofPC LLC and Associates are not held responsible for any misuse, neglect, or breach of any licensing agreements.
A license is a legal agreement between the end user and the manufacturer and the end user is subject to those terms.
MDofPC does not enforce any licensing agreements, end users are responsible to meet any licensing agreements through manufacturer.
Hardware Terms
All items under 2lbs will automatically be shipped first class or priority mail, items over 2lbs will be shipped FedEx.
All orders may take up to 1-5 business days processing time on top of estimated shipping time due to availablity.
Pictures are only for illustration purposes and should not be used for identification due to packaging.
Oem and refurbished hardware items may not include manuals or software for the item and may be in alternate packaging
Some items may be missing UPC codes or serial numbers due to reseller rebates and special promotions.
Some products may be substituted by us or our distributor for the closest item available or newer model, also some items may be refurbished or recertified

All International Orders that are shipped will be responsible for customs fees, if fedex is unable to collect the customs upon delivery your credit card will be charged.
If items have been discontinued or on backorder we may substitute for the closest item available or newer model.

License:A contract that grants a party explicit rights to use intellectual property.
OEM:Short for original equipment manufacturer, which is a misleading term for a company that has a special relationship with computer producers. OEMs buy computers in bulk and customize them for a particular application. They then sell the customized computer under their own name. The term is really a misnomer because OEMs are not the original manufacturers they are the customizers. |
